Music based exercise reduces falls in elderly people
Exercising to music can help elderly people improve their ballance and reduce the number of falls they have, a study has found.
Swiss doctors noted a 50% reduction in falls when groups of over 65's exercised to music for an hour each week over 6 months.
The benefits were still apparent 6 months later
UK experts said, this was more proof that exercise could help prevent falls.

to have a better chance of warding off dementia, according to research
that found it's the diversity not intensity
of the exercise that counts.
And the past times can range from gardening to aerobics.
