What I offer
A one-to-one personal training service dedicated to people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. I will provide all the equipment and will work alongside you, to ensure you get maximum benefit from every session. This can happen wherever you feel the most comfortable: in your own home, outside or at the gym.
During each session you will be motivated to push yourself safely, whilst being guided with perfect technique. Your performance will be monitored as you progress and I will introduce new exercises to keep each session unique and enjoyable. Together we will get results, helping you on the way to a fitter, healthier you!

Taking a serious interest in my personal health and fitness dramatically improved my life. I have experienced first-hand the vitality and confidence that optimum fitness can bring into your life, and I feel passionate about sharing this.
My love of exercise began several years ago when I took up running. In the years since I have completed numerous races, from 5K distances, up to and including the London Marathon. I was also a co-founder of the local running group, Barnes Runners.
Prior to personal training I was a graphic designer, and after working at Runner's World magazine it seemed natural to turn my enthusiasm for training into a profession. I gained my diploma in personal training and sports massage therapy at Premier International Ltd, the UK's leading fitness training institute.
